RESERVATIONS
Reservations are made exclusively on Resy or via email at reservations@chateauzzs.com, 30 days in advance, opening at 10:00 AM EST. If your desired time is not available, you may add yourself to the Notify Me list which will alert you via email should a table open up.
If you'd like to contact us regarding changing or cancelling an existing reservation, to inquire about allergies or dietary restrictions, or to coordinate a prepay, please email us at reservations@chateauzzs.com
Please note, there is a $50/pp charge for cancellations after 12pm the day of your reservation. All proceeds are donated to the Robin Hood Foundation.
Please note that reservations for Chateau ZZ’s can be made directly through our website, authorized reservation platforms such as Resy, Opentable or Dorsia, or by contacting our restaurant teams via email at reservations@chateauzzs.com. We cannot guarantee the validity of reservations made through any other channels and hereby disclaim all liability in connection with your use of unauthorized channels to book a reservation. If you are not sure whether a reservation is valid or have any questions related to making a reservation, please contact us at reservations@chateauzzs.com
We do not have high chairs available in-house and do not permit strollers in the dining room due to limited space.
Please note, outdoor reservations may not be accommodated in the event of severe weather. We may not be able to move outdoor tables indoors due to weather. Please note when booking.
DRESS CODE
Guests are encouraged to dress for the occasion. Any guest who does not appear sufficiently well-presented may be refused entry. No shorts, open-toed shoes, or tank tops. Athletic wear and baseball caps are kindly prohibited.
